SMUGA Design Factory — a design studio based in Khmelnytskyi, operating since 2015. SMUGA projects include:

SMUGA projects go beyond the city and even Ukraine, with completed projects in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Libya.

- create a unique design and populate the page with projects;
- introduce followers to the team and areas of expertise.
- profile and competitor analysis conducted, and page management structure developed based on the results;
- profile visuals designed (adapted during the collaboration to reflect changes in the studio’s work);
- post categories and topics are created based on Reels videos;
- a style of maintaining profile stories and their regular publication was createdStory style developed and published regularly.
- by creating the studio’s unique style and regularly publishing high-quality content, brand awareness and audience loyalty increased;
- Clients started reaching out through direct messages.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
1) creating a unique style;
2) increasing brand awareness;
3) attracting clients.
CONCLUSION:
Since the beginning of our collaboration, we aimed to unify all areas of the design factory’s activities into a single visual style. Over time, however, we shifted to a trendier design that resonates more with our clients. By using unconventional video content, we were able to attract a new audience and build a community of designers and creative individuals who regularly engage with the studio’s page.
